The Schwebebahnlauf has long been a fixture in our annual calendar – and once again, the atmosphere was unbeatable. On June 15, in perfect weather conditions, more than 100 colleagues lined up at the starting line – more than ever before. As a top partner of the event, we’re thrilled with this incredible turnout. Events like this bring people together: they strengthen team spirit, deepen our connection to the region, and promote the health and well-being of our employees.

Strong team spirit and a relaxed atmosphere

Starting from 1:30 PM, our booth at the 13th Wuppertal Schwebebahnlauf was buzzing with activity. The first motivated runners took the chance to refuel with snacks, fruit, granola bars, and refreshing drinks.

Preparation with a feel-good factor

The relaxed atmosphere in Engelsgarten – complete with our branded Coroplast Group lounge chairs – provided the perfect setting to kick off the event together with colleagues, friends, and family, and to get mentally ready for the upcoming five kilometers.

Full commitment – on and off the track

Shortly before the start, the entire Coroplast Group team – easily spotted in their red jerseys – gathered for a group photo right by the course. At exactly 3:30 PM, the starting gun fired for the company run. Our runners set off in high spirits and full of motivation. Along the route, numerous Coroplast fans cheered enthusiastically with clappers and applause, creating an infectious atmosphere – so much so that several colleagues even kicked into a final sprint in the last meters.

Eight weeks of preparation with SportsUp

This year, once again, we teamed up with our long-standing partner SportsUp to offer professionally guided running training. The program was designed for all fitness levels – from beginners to ambitious hobby runners – and featured weekly changing training focuses, providing both variety and targeted development. But it wasn’t just about pace: above all, it was about getting moving together, celebrating achievements, and motivating one another – perfectly reflecting our team spirit.

United on the run

The Schwebebahnlauf was not only a sporting highlight but also a true expression of our company culture. The enthusiastic support from colleagues, friends, and families along the route made a huge contribution to the strong team dynamic. We are proud of our team’s dedication and commitment – and already looking forward to the next edition of the Schwebebahnlauf in 2026.
