Long-term relationships are an integral part of the Coroplast Group’s corporate culture – in our partnerships with customers as well as in our commitment to our employees. At the end of January, we were therefore especially pleased to once again recognize employees marking 25 and 40 years of service with the company.

Our Employee Anniversary Celebration: Appreciation That Connects

Together with representatives from Executive Management, the Works Council, and the Human Resources department, the honorees were recognized in a festive setting. The focus was not only on the impressive lengths of service, but above all on the people behind them – those who have accompanied and actively shaped the development of the Coroplast Group over many years.

Following a welcome address by Natalie Mekelburger, Chairwoman of the Executive Management Board, the individual honorees were recognized with personal tributes. These highlighted the wealth of experience, commitment, and reliability they bring to their daily work. Personal anecdotes, words of appreciation, and shared memories gave the event a particularly warm and memorable atmosphere.

Accompanied by musical performances and enjoyed in a relaxed setting, the evening offered plenty of opportunity for conversation and exchange. Once again, it became clear how essential long-standing employees are to the sustainable success of the Coroplast Group – as carriers of knowledge, as reliable colleagues, and as role models for future generations.
