In 2026, we once again ranked an outstanding third in the “Automotive and Suppliers” category and 40st among the “Top 50 Employers Overall,” reaffirming our position as one of “Germany’s Best Employers”. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it is based on feedback from employees across Germany. Their voices make this award truly authentic and validate the foundation of our culture: reliability, openness, responsibility, and strong teamwork.
We are especially pleased that we also ranked in an additional category of the study, reflecting once again the high level of trust placed in us.
Keeping Equal Opportunity in Focus
In addition, the Coroplast Group was listed in the supplementary ranking of “Germany’s Best Employers for Women” for 2026. In this assessment, women evaluate their employers based on five key criteria: work-life balance, pay equity, opportunities for professional growth, experiences with discrimination, and representation in leadership and specialist roles. Being included in this ranking reinforces our commitment to creating a work environment where all employees can grow and develop individually.
How the Ranking Is Created – Methodology and Relevance
The “Germany’s Best Employers” ranking is built on a large-scale anonymous survey. For the 2026 edition, Stern and Statista evaluated more than 20,000 employee responses from a wide range of industries as well as over one million individual data points. The ranking includes feedback from employees working at the listed companies and ratings from external professionals in similar fields – a methodology that adds exceptional depth and reliability.
Beyond general workplace factors like development opportunities, leadership style, team climate, workload, and work–life balance, the dedicated women’s ranking includes additional gender-specific criteria. This comprehensive data foundation strengthens the credibility of the results and underscores just how nuanced today’s working environments need to be assessed.
