Anwendungen
Unshielded multi-core high voltage cables for hybrid and battery vehicles.
Coroflex high-voltage cables are suitable for nominal voltages of up to 600 volts a.c. / 1,000 volts d.c and withstand temperatures of up to 180 °C. All cables of our HV product family are characterized by a high degree of roundness, which simplifies the processing. In the further development of the high-voltage sheathed cables, great importance is attached to the processability by our customers. A filling layer over the core stranding ensures a circular substructure for the multi-core sheathed cables. The outer sheath can thus be cut off without risk of injury to the actual core insulation. In addition, there is no need for filling elements and separating foils, which are difficult to remove.
