Coroplast Tape

Technical adhesive tapes from Coroplast Tape enable high-quality, durable and cost-effective solutions for battery production. With our comprehensive range of high-performance adhesive tapes, special foams and films, we offer customer-specific solutions for a wide variety of requirements in EV battery production. We will also be presenting our tried-and-tested wire harness tapes, which offer a wide variety of possible applications: depending of the product properties, they are suited to diverse applications, from the engine compartment to the rear end. Our product portfolio also includes special adhesive tapes for low-voltage and high-voltage cable harnesses.

For cars, trucks, buses and other mobility applications – together with numerous partners, Coroflex develops charging cables and high-voltage cables that set standards and have proven themselves in worldwide serial use. With our many years of experience, we are committed to delivering customer-specific solutions that exceed your expectations. Our flexible, cooled high-voltage cables are suitable for compact spaces and certified in accordance with ISO and LV standards within a temperature range of 150 to 180°C. Coroflex HV cables are available cut to length in four variants: reeled, cut, taped and reeled, or cut/taped. Our HighFlex and StyleFlex charging cables, which will also be shown at the trade fair, have multi-standard approvals – meaning they are suitable for global use and compatible with conventional Type-2 or Type-3 connectors.
