Every year, Top Employer certifies and honors companies that are continuously committed to providing the best working environment for their employees. This is the 13th time that the Coroplast Group has received the award.
The award emphasizes the values of the Coroplast Group, which regards its employees as its greatest asset. The employees' identification with and loyalty to the Coroplast Group, as well as their entrepreneurial commitment, their curiosity and their urge to learn are the essential core of the dynamic development within the company. As a responsible family business, the Coroplast Group always acts in the interests of its employees and communicates with them at eye level.
This is also emphasized by the Institute: companies that are certified as Top Employers place their employees at the center of their corporate activities and offer them an outstanding working and development environment.
Certification examines six higher-level HR dimensions and 20 HR areas
The Top Employers Institute examines companies based on their responses to the HR Best Practices Questionnaire in a multi-stage certification program. The questionnaire covers six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas, such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion. These categories are reviewed and evaluated by independent experts.
We are very pleased to have been recognized as a Top Employer in Germany. The fact that we are receiving the award for the 13th time in 2022 makes us particularly proud. However, we would also like to use the independent examination by the Top Employer Institute to identify optimization potential. Our goal is to continue to be one of the most attractive employers in Germany.
