In 2023, we are once again among the best 159 employers in Germany. This is the 14th time we have received this award. But we are just as proud as the first time - because it shows us that we take the well-being of our employees seriously and not only meet the strict criteria of the Top Employer Institute, but even exceed them in some areas.

Multi-level certification programme in numerous HR areas

Every year, the Top Employers Institute examines the working environment and the situation of employees in a multi-stage certification programme. All relevant HR areas, such as Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-Being and Diversity & Inclusion, are questioned in extensive questionnaires - and then examined and evaluated by independent experts. Only then does the company receive the coveted seal - for one year.

We are very happy about the renewed award - especially because we were able to improve our result by 4.7% compared to the previous year. This is confirmation that we are working on the right issues. Now we have to continue in this spirit in order to successively reach a level of excellence.

We have been able to improve even further on the previous year

As a responsible family business, our employees are at the centre of everything we do. Therefore, we use the independent audit by the Top Employers Institute to continuously scrutinise ourselves and optimise the measures in the area of human resources. Compared to last year, we were able to improve our result by almost 5 %. We are particularly proud of our 14 % leap forward in the area of "Shape" (work design). We owe this development to our efforts in the digital transformation, innovation management and the corporate benefits.
